Refund policy

As previously stated how many points throughout our policies and procedures, It is imperative that buyers review the return policies of each item, and each order, prior to checkout.it is the shipping and return policies attached to each item and specific order that will govern the shipping and returns of those particular items and orders.

Many of our items are specialty items, many of which are shipped from differing locations.

For example, on general items, and very generally speaking, THE BASEMALL offers a 30-day return policy. THE BASEBALL does not charge fees for restocking, return labels, handling, etc. Those refunds will be eligible only for a store credit on thebasemall.com or adamecom.com for a full 365 days from the date of purchase.

However, approximately half of our sales right now stemmed from the purchase of customized, personalized, framed, autographed baseball jerseys. With respect to those items, sales of those are final and not eligible for refund. This simply due to the fact that the item is indeed customized; The final product is indeed displayed in a way that the buyer may specify, not to mention that we are also covering 100% of shipping cost, which often ranges around $75. As a result of these obligations and costs, which we still gladly offer our customers, the return policy on these items, be a little bit more rigid than we would like. Therefore, when purchasing:

FIRST, please do so with the confidence that you want the item or items.

SECOND, and again, please review a specific shipping and return policy of each item in order upon checkout.

THIRD, all other language on these pages is general and not specific to your item, items or order.

FORTH, please reach out to us via the text/chat feature if you are confused about any of the costs or procedures and we will gladly work through it with you just to make sure we are on the same page ahead of time.

FIFTH, a buyer returning any item must not randomly ship the item or items they are returning without first receiving authorization, which would include the proper address to send the item. For example, an attorney in Tampa Bay would have to halt their assignments, figure out what to do with this obscure package, then send it so that the proper staff could then forward it back to the original vendor in many cases. This could result in a 200% or more increase in shipping cost, simply out of haste, for an unwillingness to follow the proper instructions. Please help us keep our return policies fairly open in order for both our new company and our supportive customers to both benefit from return flexibilitywhen it is possible to offer such terms.
